At Home Furniture “There’s No Place Like Home” is the motto that we stand behind. Your home is your castle and we strive to help our customers achieve their dreams.
Along with the experienced sales staff, we have a variety of quality products; great pricing and commitment to service are second to none. It has been a successful combination that started in 1945 by owners E.L. Schneider (Grandpa) and C.B. Hayes. The company soon expanded across the street and renovated the D. Bishop Saw Mill at 20 East Center Street. Home Furniture Flooring Center is still located there. In the 1950’s Charles Brandel Sr. (Dad) joined the growing company. |
| In years to come Charles teamed up with Bud Ruble and took over after the retirement of Schneider and Hayes. Still growing in 1969 the location of the Showroom store began construction on Hwy 50 (527 |
West Eads Parkway). As time went on Charles sons, Chuck and Joe came aboard and took over when Bud and Charles retired.
Currently Chuck and Joe are still in charge with the assistance of Sarah (Sister) and Debbie (Chuck’s Wife). It’s a family affair we are carrying on the family tradition of offering quality products and service to the surrounding area. We have recently remodeled and added 10,000 square feet to the showroom at 557 West Eads Parkway in Lawrenceburg. It is quite a spectacular showroom in Southern Indiana that serves the Tri-State Area. |
